About the Founder
Natalia Dabo
Founder & Principal Consultant
Natalia Dabo is a specialist in people management, workforce systems, and labour practices with more than a decade of advisory experience across East and Southern Africa. With an academic background in Organisational Psychology and Industrial Sociology, she combines rigour with practical insight to design people systems that are legally defensible, operationally viable, and strategically aligned with organisational objectives.
She advises owners, boards, general managers, and senior leadership teams on frameworks that balance compliance, operational reality, and leadership accountability — with particular focus on how people, structures, incentives, and culture interact to protect organisations from legal, financial, and reputational exposure.
Natalia has led people strategy through rapid transformation and growth, complex restructurings, and retrenchment, and has supported clients through subsequent litigation and appeals. Her experience across governance, development-adjacent, and cross-sector environments in the region gives her the range to navigate stakeholder complexity and reputational risk well beyond a single industry lens.
